The prices is per night for all the villa.

Pets
Free! Pets are allowed on request. No extra charges.
Children
Up to three children under 16 years stay free of charge when using existing beds.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for children’s cots/cribs.
All children under 16 years are charged EUR 20 per night for extra beds.
All further older children or adults are charged EUR 50 per night for extra beds.
The maximum number of extra beds in a room is 1.
Any type of extra bed or child’s cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.
Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

Cancellation Policy
In order to guarantee your reservation 1 night deposit is required. Please note that the deposit is not refundable in case of cancelation.
The rest of the total amount must be settled 21 days prior to guest’s arrival. In case of cancelation 20 days prior to arrival, or no show or early departure no refund will be given.
